Started a new series of articles, called “Real-Life MS Project”. This series
will explore real-life problems and solutions for MS Project users.–The first article deals with four techniques take back control of your
schedule from MS Project, by understanding its default behavior better, and
setting up the tool to meet your needs. This article was published in the Third
Quarter issue of ISSIG Review.
–The second article has just been posted to the web site. It article describes
three alternate methods to build a project plan, using dependencies and other
tools to create a resource-leveled schedule.
