The web seminar on Change Management, scheduled for November 25, has been sold out. I was overwhelmed and excited by the response to the event. I will be scheduling more web seminars soon. They will be announced first here and in the newsletter.
I will be speaking at the PMI Tampa Bay Chapter on 17 and 18 November. On 19 November, I will be speaking at the PMI New York City Chapter. Both speeches will cover the the links between strategy and project mangement. See their web sites for details, and for instructions to register.
